President and CEO

Ryan Stephens, Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Indy Data Partners is an entrepreneur who has built his career and multiple businesses on providing customer-driven IT services to valued clients. Ryan served in the military for 12 years and has over 30 years of experience in information technology management, consulting, and support. Ryan's technical background includes Oracle database administration, Oracle development, database design, SQL development, UNIX administration, and UNIX shell scripting. Ryan is a former adjunct professor at Indiana University in Indianapolis where he authored and taught over 20 different courses in SQL and database management. Ryan has authored and co-authored over a dozen books on SQL, Oracle, and database design, some of which are internationally published.

Arie ‘AJ’ Jones

Arie Jones 'AJ' is the Director of Emerging Technologies for Indy Data Partners. Arie has over 25 years of experience in SQL Server, Oracle, and .NET development. His main role at Indy Data Partners consists of providing clients with high level BI, database, and application development solutions while mentoring Indy Data Partners' extensive staff of consultants on new technologies. In addition to both a B.S and Masters in Physics, Arie has technical certifications across multiple platforms and technologies. Along with working with federal and state government, Arie is equally adept in the commercial arena with small-mid and enterprise size companies. Additionally, AJ is an avid community speaker, has written several books such as “Learn SQL in 24 Hours”, blogs extensively at http://www.programmersedge.com, and is the one of the PASS Regional Mentors for the Midwest.

Angie Gleim is a Co-Founder and COO and Executive Vice President at Indy Data Partners. After graduating from Indiana University, Angie has spent over twenty years providing organizational leadership, business development, strategic planning services, client management, and personnel supervision services within the Information Technology field.  In addition to directing the sales, marketing, and technical high-level technical delivery for Indy Data Partners, Angie ensures client satisfaction, manages day-to-day operations, and cultivates relationships across cross-functioning teams, partners, and vendors.

Amy Reeves has an impressive background, with a unique blend of experience in both the sales and information technology fields. As the Treasurer and Director of Finance for Indy Data Partners, she plays a critical role in the financial health of the company by overseeing operations, preparing forecasts and reports, and establishing financial policies. Her prior work as a top sales producer for home builders also speaks to her strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as she maintained relationships with clients and worked on various committees.

Amy's expanded role into Human Resources showcases her versatile expertise, managing everything from payroll to employee relations.

Senior Director of Oracle Technology Services

As the Senior Director of Oracle Technology Services for Indy Data Partners, in addition to providing technical support for clients nationwide, Marshall also oversees the Oracle team, establishing and directing the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for managing resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, project management, and resource development. An Oracle Certified Database Professional, as well as an Oracle Grid Infrastructure Certified Expert, Marshall is continually expanding his knowledge with the Oracle database software stack and related technologies.

Director of Microsoft Services

Jacinda graduated from Indianapolis University Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Technology, and has spent the past 14 years as a Microsoft Database Administrator. At Indy Data Partners, Jacinda provides senior architecture and BI services as well manages the Microsoft practice to include supervising team members, enhancing team education, implementing and adhering to best practices, and overseeing special projects. She continues to stay up to date on current Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing technologies and has contributed as technical editor for several IT books.

Vance's consulting management experience includes creating/leading teams of application developers, developing and building up consulting lines of business through organization, recruiting, and sales/pre-sales support, and running numerous projects (many times concurrently) as both a project manager and as a working project lead.

He has twenty plus years in software development, specializing in Microsoft development, database, application server, business intelligence and AI technologies in on prem, hybrid, and cloud-based environments.

Fahd has extensive experience of 20+ years in identifying, designing, implementing and maintaining various complex technical solutions using a diverse skill set for enterprise level clients.  This expertise includes a variety of technologies and highly customized client environment integrations.  He possesses a strong background in process improvement and managing consulting teams for large scale project management, system patching/maintenance/security/troubleshooting, and capacity and disaster recovery planning/implementation.  This also includes overseeing technology operations, strategic planning, establishing IT policies, effective delivery of IT services, business and ROI Analysis.  His extensive technical experience also includes infrastructure architecture design, virtualization, security, vulnerability testing and security assessments, networking, performance analysis, business continuity planning and Disaster Recovery.
